MARKET RESEARCH
With fashion and trend amongst young people changing by the day, it is a full time job to keep on top of “what’s cool and what’s not”. That full time job is ours, and we devote an enormous amount of hours to it. We also run focus groups and events where clients can access their target demographic and collect key feedback to help in the brand development process, particularly when launching a new product. It’s not just the knowledge, however – it’s how you use what you find to your advantage.
PROMOTIONAL NETWORKS
The founding principles upon which our business has been built. It has taken several years for us to build an effective and far reaching promotional network of influential trend setters in schools and universities across the UK. They act upon various tasks on our behalf, but can also represent our clients as brand ambassadors within their respective peer groups. Whether that means using them to directly promote or sell your brand, gather feedback or as a source for product placement, it is an invaluable resource cherished by our clients. We keep the group small and manageable – approximately 100 – to ensure quality control and the ability to keep them in touch with everything we do… don’t be fooled by massive numbers, quality is king over quantity.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Absolutely fundamental to what we do. It is not just at the core of every promotional campaign or concept we create, but has become a major part of the services we offer in its own right. Its rise has created a modern day media revolution and vastly altered the way young people consume content and interact socially. We set up, develop and manage the social presence of our clients, helping them effectively utilise the tools available to promote their products and build brand equity with a social currency. We also look after the online profiles of individuals in the media spotlight, managing their social presence and keeping them in touch with their fans.
EVENTS
Creating nightlife experiences for young people was how we started, so events always hold a special place in our hearts! On top of our media division, we also own a clubbing brand (Club11) and private events business (Your11), which have completed projects ranging from the exclusive hire of theme parks to guest lists at some of the UK’s most happening nightspots. For businesses – whether an innovative press day or a direct consumer marketing proposal – original event concepts, managed seamlessly are great for communicating brand values and interacting with the target audience. After all, who can say they don’t love a good party?
